I'm not sure if this promo single is even genuine, as RCA seems to be printed in an odd way. Three years ago it fetched GBP 43 on eBay so apparently at least someone thought it was real ;)

Anyway, if it's genuine (is it?), does anyone recognize from which country this promo is? The catalogue number is identical to the UK/US/French/German singles. It mentions 'plug side' and 'flip side', which I haven't seen elsewhere.
