This 45 is actually in the Jarman book, though mislabelled as the Australian issue. Good to see a correct listing.

Australian - both label designs. Note, same master press is used, only the labels changed. A side is 4:30, b side does not contain spoken intro.
Jarman's book lists and images the NZ issue as the Australian; unfortunately the NZ issue doesn't actually say it was made in NZ.
Due to some technical issues I've had to colourise the images, in real life the earlier design is black with a solid orange central section, the blue one is same as the standard blue Philips label - blue with silver grey writing.
I thought it best to include, even though quality is suspect.

Italian black label copy (Jarman only mentions a blue label version). Apart from the label colour this issue seems to be identical to the one listed by Jarman.

In my copy he states that there is a jukebox issue black/silver. and the release issue blue/silver.But i also have not seen a blue/silver? Just extending this a little, do they all have the really bad mess on the reverse of the picture sleeve, with a upside down av and w in david bowie.
