Additional to the Canadian single, the "phased version" seems to be released in The Philippines as well, at least as a promo. The catalogue number is identical to the US (and Canada) issue and it has Lady Grinning Soul on the B-side too.
A fellow recently posted an image of the label of his French Rebel Rebel to Steve Hoffman.tv.. Seems he bought it without a PS in the UK, only to discover that it was made in France. The label is the one portrayed as "Label 1" in Jarman. Of the three varieties, it is the only one without the "SECAM box", suggesting that perhaps all such "Label 1"s were intended for the UK market. Jarman already mentions that US made LPBO 5009s were being shipped to the UK, so this might have been an additional supply.
