It's a matter of weeks before Chas arrives at this point in the timeline on his site. A little more patience, or drop him an email I guess!

This release of the two studio versions from Never Let me Down is actually quite disappointing, given that the CD contained, as I recall, a previously unavailable live version of Bang Bang.

It was the second of EMI's promo only 7" releases in Australia, the earlier one being Magic Dance. The catalogue number also indicates promo only, being quite different from regular 7" releases.

At least this 45 had a different song on each side - the earlier Magic Dance release contained the track, same version, on both sides.

Now, here I am sitting in Singapore, wondering if I possess that. My records are 6300km away.

I own that record. Picked it up in a jumble sale some 15 years ago now.
