I recently purchased a German promo sampler LP from 1967 that includes a 1.30 edit/fade of Love You Till Tuesday. Not that interesting, but I hadn't heard about it before.

The Jimi Hendrix Curtis Knight track from 1965 is also a rare bird. After years of legal wrangling, the recordings from Jimi's time as a member of Knight's backing band only saw light of day in July 2015. Interesting to note that Jimi shares a credit with Knight, at the time of recording Jimi was a jobbing guitarist in Knights band, solo success in the UK (only) had just started to come his way in '67.

Also nice to see Alex Harvey feature, although the featured number 'Sunday Song' was a flop, and by this time Alex was a member of the 'Hair' (musical) pit band.

.

I received a very similar disc from January '68 today.

The interesting thing is that this one promotes the German Deram album (SML 1007), while the October '67 one above promotes the German LYTT single (DM 135).

That also means that this one has an edit of the album version and not of the single version like the earlier LP.
This one is 1.35 in length and is also a simple fade. Still, it's a 'new' edit :)
