According to the sleeve "printed in Holland", but the catalogue number and copyright organisation highlight (GEMA) point to a German release.

A club edition. The cover says "Printed in Holland", but judging from releases with "neighbouring" catalogue numbers, this one was definitely released by a German record club.

The inner sleeve is identical to that of the standard German/Dutch issue (IdbD Ref#6889), which leads to a mismatch of numbers between cover/labels and inner sleeve.
