Counterfeit cover claiming to be an official withdrawn item, and believed to have originated from the UK. While ebay sellers love to say otherwise there was no colour Station To Station sleeve until the EMI reissue. US cover proofs from which these sleeves are sourced are on gloss paper and show the full front and back with colour bars and crop marks etc in much sharper quality than this counterfeit. Some UK promo LPs included a 24 x 12" wraparound sleeve, but were not assembled as a genuine sleeve (i.e. there was no spine or glue flaps). In other words do not buy a non-EMI colour STS sleeve unless you collect counterfeits and price accordingly. Some sleeves are sold with an original US RCA LP. This one had no record and came with a UK insert. Says it all, really.

I can confirm that this is UK 1986. At the time, they were sold as reproductions for £5 each. It's only with the internet age that some unscrupulous people are claiming they are an official item.
