This issue with different labels comes with the same insert and the same cover design as the original issue (IdbD Ref#11022). However, there are two differences: the cover is matt (unlaminated) and the front bears a number sticker that covers the original number.
It is probably a budget re-issue. There are also copies with laminated, unstickered covers, but it's not clear if these combinations are original.
