The Italian issue has the date "82" on the labels. There's a lot of German text on the back, and seem to have been copied from the German issue.
This particular copy came with an additional large lyric insert, which is shown at the end and was probably not originally included. It looks like a proof, is slightly larger than a gatefold cover, and has "Made in Germany" together with the Italian album title on it (see detail scan). The back of the insert has Italian lyrics for some non-Bowie album.

A (presumably earlier) tan label issue of the Italian soundtrack.
The cover is basically identical to that of IdbD Ref#14298, but lacks the printer's fineprint in the footer on the back.
The design of the inner sleeve is identical, but it has a matt finish (as opposed to a glossy finish in the case of the black label version) and has a more orange tint. These differences can't be seen in the scans, because they were made with different equipment.
